I’m Your Neighbour
My name is Toly Vasilyev. I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, I lived in Prague, Czech Republic, went to school in Stockholm, Sweden before finding a new home in Canada. I’m fluent in English and Russian, and currently working on improving my Swedish and German.
I absolutely love Canada, and have had the honour of competing for Team Canada at the World Championships of Ultimate Frisbee, winning Gold medal for our country.
When I’m not working or competing, you can find me running the streets of Vancouver to better know every corner of the city, or sipping an americano at Cafe Lokal in Kitsilano. My favourite restaurant is Seasons in The Park in Queen Elizabeth Park and my go-to yoga studio is Modo Studio which has multiple locations around the city. I’m a dad to one of the world’s cutest pups, a rescue named Moomoo, and every weekend we head to the Lynn Valley in North Vancouver to explore the trails & to do cold plunging.
